Saved by the village, kept by the village.
The Crown has been at the heart of village life in Cuddington for more than three centuries. When our historic pub faced an uncertain future, the community refused to let it be lost, raising £660,000 to secure its future.
It now belongs to more than 400 shareholders through a Community Benefit Society, and to everyone who walks through the door. We are not owned by a brewery or a distant company. We are a free house, and we are its custodians.
